Winemakers Notes: Christian Kuun
Made in a traditional Rhone style, this full-bodied Shiraz offers intense plum and dark fruit flavours along with white pepper and spicy smokiness. With 24 months of careful oak maturation, in small French oak barrels, this wine has ripe and firm tannins for solid excellent structure and well-balanced acid making it superbly complex. This Shiraz has the potential to age for another 10 years if cellared correctly. Meat dishes are ideal compliments to this wine but it will also make a fine solo wine.
This fine example of a prime Shiraz will complement any meat-based meal but will also impress the most discerning palate on its own.
