Winemakers Notes: Christian Kuun
This exquisite barrel fermented Chenin Blanc that spent 6 months is small French oak barrels and received the traditional practice of battonage weekly. The subtle oak and crisp acid along with the zesty citrus, vibrant tropical fruit and sweet honey flavours lend superb complexity to this beautifully balanced wine.
Pairings
With an ageing potential of 3-5 years, if cellared correctly, this wine compliments a wide variety of fish, spicy and Mediterranean dishes but also drinks excellently on its own.
